Do you offer custom work?

I do. I’ve created original art, custom illustrations, surface designs (fashion) and numerous corporate identities for customers worldwide. Any ideas or questions? Just contact me and let me know a little bit of what you are looking for and I will get back to you with more details, cost and a timeline to complete your special project.

Do you offer custom framing?

I’m sorry, I do not offer framing at this time. Most original pieces and all giclée prints follow standard measurements to make framing easy.

I saw an artwork on your Instagram profile. What do I have to do?

Simply get in touch with me at office(at)thoth-adan.com or via the contact form on this site and I can give you further information about the desired artwork or print options. 

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping worldwide using Austrian Post or DHL (German Post).

Shipments to non-EU-countries may be subject to additional import/custom charges upon arrival. Import limits and tax-free allowances vary from country to country, duties might or might not apply and are solely the customers responsibility.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped once a week and processed chronologically. Once shipped you should receive a tracking number almost immediately. Regular runtime for international shipments is anything from 5 to 30 days. 

How will the artwork be packaged?

All original artwork and small prints are delivered flat, in a reinforced cardboard envelope; giclée prints are sent in a cardboard tube; unless it is explicitly written otherwise on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

thoth-adan.com accepts all major credit cards using PayPal or Stripe. PayPal allows you to make payments by wire transfer or credit card. Stripe offers the possibility to process all major credit cards and ApplePay directly during checkout.

Is this site secure?

Yes, all connections to this site are SSL-encrypted and also your payment details will always be processed through Squarespace’s highly secure payment gateway with industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. 

How do I use discount codes?

If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it during checkout, right after leaving the cart page.

Will I be charged taxes or customs fees?

Value added Tax (VAT) fees according to Austrian law are included in the price when applicable. The final product prices indicated in the shop are the same for all customers, independent of his/her location. “Reported where applicable” refers to our invoice and whether or not VAT will be shown separately: prices for non-EU customers are the same as for EU-customers – the order and invoice will simply not show VAT separately.

Can I send my order back?

I hope that you will be happy with my product/s for a long time! If you need to return a product though, you can ship it back within 14 days. Shipping costs for a return are to be paid by the customer. Please read the return policy carefully and send me an email before!
